Charles Angrand

Charles Angrand was a French painter who became one of the important practitioners of Neo-Impressionism in the late 19th century. Born in Criquetot-sur-Ouville in Normandy in 1854, Angrand initially trained as a mathematics teacher before devoting himself fully to painting.
