ABOUT

Born in Yorkshire in 1920, Patrick Heron's artistic journey began early, designing silk scarves for his father's company, Cresta Silks, from the age of 14. His family's move to Cornwall when he was five, and later his return during World War II, deeply connected him to the region that would become his permanent home and a profound influence on his art.
