Carl-Henning Pedersen

Born in Copenhagen in 1913, Carl-Henning Pedersen grew up in a humble neighborhood and harbored radical political views early in life. His artistic journey began after meeting Else Alfelt, a self-taught painter, at the International Folk High School in Elsinore in 1933.
