Born in Iaşi, Romania, in 1875, Arthur Segal embarked on a comprehensive artistic education, studying in Berlin, Munich, Paris, and Italy in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His early work was deeply rooted in Impressionism and Neo-Impressionism, reflecting the prevailing artistic currents of his time.
